Automated Credit Cards
We live in a credit card-based society and your phone system needs to accommodate that.
With an automated credit card program, consumers dial a toll free
800 number and then enter their
credit card details to purchase your information or your product. Advanced Telecom Services’
sophisticated automated credit card IVR system accepts the touchtone entries of your caller and
queries the bank to make sure that the caller has adequate funds to make the purchase. Should the
caller be approved, he or she is then able to purchase the product or information from your program.
Our IVR credit card processing system enables high risk credit card transactions that occur over
the phone and do not have a signature involved. All automated credit card transactions go through
a thorough scrubbing process to verify the legitimacy of the potential transaction. This scrubbing
process eliminates recently stolen credit cards, those callers with a poor payment history, or those
callers who have reached their credit card limits.
Advanced Telecom Services offers three types of automated credit card processing:
- PAYGO – Pay as You Go transactions. With PAYGO, the consumer is approved for an established
amount and then is allowed to enter the system on a pay per minute basis. Once the call terminates,
the payment is adjusted based on the number of minutes that are used by the consumer.
- BLOCK OF TIME – With Block of Time, the consumer purchases an established amount of minutes in
advance and is assigned a unique PIN and password to utilize the package immediately or in the
future. When remaining minutes get low, the IVR system notifies the customer and permits him to
purchase additional minutes.
- PRODUCT ORDERING – An automated IVR system is especially effective with low ticket items where
hiring a live agent is not practical. Our system can process the credit cards and obtain the
buyer’s address so that you can then ship the product to them.
With Advanced Telecom Services, you benefit from over 20 years of experience in processing credit card
transactions over the phone. And, if your business is 900 numbers, it
is critical that you also offer an automated credit card IVR solution in addition since 900 numbers
can not be called from mobile phones.
